Оставяме бутер тестото леко да се отпусне и го разстиламе на плота.</div><div style="text-align: center;">Прегъваме на две по дължина без да притискаме и режем на правоъгълници. Намазваме леко с вода и поръсваме обилно със захар. Печем в силно загрята фурна до златисто. След като наполеонките изстинат, с шприц пълним с крема. При направата на крема внимавайте да не стане рядък!!! Това се контролира с крема без варене - правете го по-гъст и всичко ще е ок! Всъщност, смесваме разбитата сметана с готовия крем и това е всичко :)</div>

След като омесим тестото, разделяме на 2 части и разточваме 2 тънки листа - 0,5-до 1 см. Единия лист слагаме на дъното на подмазана тава, слагаме всичката плънка и покриваме с втория лист. Омесваме меко тесто от посочените продукти и разточваме на правоъгълник с дебелина около 1,5 см. Сместа става рядка, но това да не ви притеснява - намазваме разточения лист с маргарин или краве масло и мажем с повече от половината плънка. Завиваме на руло, режем на парчета и нареждаме в подмазана с маргарин тава. Оставяме да втаса и заливаме с остатъка от плънката, като добавяме и олиото. Печем в предварително загрята фурна до готовност. Гледката в тавата става водниста, но като се изпече се получава много сочен тутманик - нещо между тутманик и милинки :)</div>

Смиламе добре всички бисквити и омесваме с прясното мляко и маслото. Маслото го добавям преди да добавя сухите съставки, защото в последствие при омесването преценявам до каква гъстота да продължа да слагам от бисквитите. Сместа престоява в хладилника да се стегне, за да може топчетата да се оформят по-лесно. След оформяне на топчетата-бонбони, ги овалваме в пръчици по желание.</div>

Замесваме меко тесто и точим кори, които навиваме с плънката от сирене и кисело мляко. Не слагаме никаква мазнина, с изключение на маргарина, с който намазваме слез изпичането на баницата - 1 суп.л.</div>

След като завием разточените листи, оставяме да втаса за около 30 минути и печем върху домакинска хартия без мазнина!, в предварително загрята фурна на 170 градуса до готовност.</div>

Печем в умерена фурна за около 50 минути, настъргваме кашкавала и запичаме още 5-6 минути. Сервираме със сос от кисело мляко, майонеза и чесън.</div>

Разбиваме идеално яйцата и захарта с миксер. Добавяме брашното и разбъркваме внимателно с дървена лопатка. Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 180 градуса за 10-15 минути (до готовност на блата) върху хартия. След като блата е готов, обръщаме обратно върху хавлия или кърпа и завиваме леко (може и без тази процедура!). Т.к. нямам правоъгълна тава, пекох в кръгла, но резултата е същия :)</div>

Нарязваме пилешкото филе на тънки широки филии и завиваме с предварително запържената плънка от ситно нарязаните лук, морков, пушено свинско и бульон. Забождаме с клечки за зъби за да не се разтвори при печенето, заливаме с вода и печем на умерена фурна до готовност.</div>

Във вряща вода изсипваме пастата и варим до готовност. Прецеждаме от водата и изсипваме в подходящ съд за сервиране.</div>

В тиган сгорещяваме олиото и запържваме каймата. Прибавяме прясното мляко и сирената. Оставяме на котлона за около 10 минути и гарнираме с подправката и чесъна. Заливаме сварената паста със соса и сервираме.</div>

</div><div style="text-align: center;">Разтопяваме маслото в тавичката, в която ще печем десерта. Поръсваме обилно със захарта. Нареждаме шайбите ананас на половинки и ги подреждаме плътно върху захарта. Покриваме с листа бутер тесто, като вкарваме крайчетата навътре, за да застъпят част от плода. Печем в загряла на 220 градуса фурна до готовност на бутер тестото. Готовия щрудел се оставя да изстине около 10 мин. и се обръща в подходящ поднос.
